Location: the hotel was near to the Pheasant Run for a number of years now, and other areas of the resort. We had lunch at nearby Portillo's Hot Dogs, tried their fast food options.
The staff we met were very unfriendly.

The staff were all very friendly and went out of their way to meet our needs. Room was newly rehabbed and very clean! I liked that the fridge was empty and not full of stuff we have to pay a fortune for - so we had a place to put our sodas and leftover pizza! Price was incredible for the loft suite we got!

Well-maintained and gorgeous hotel, our stay was really really nice.
Our rooms were recently refurbished and great-sized with nice views. The location was absolutely perfect to the Forest Park station, we greatly enjoyed it.

The number and variety of food venues throughout the conference was very good. My room was very nice- loft w/ whirlpool. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The facility is very large so it was nice to have the maps of the facility readily available wherever you moved throughout the facility.
I attended a conference that was held at Pheasant Run. It was difficult to hear the presenters in our own meeting rooms because the session next door could be heard. The partition walls were very thin.

The hotel was nice, clean and friendly. I was in Schaumburg for business and this was the only decent hotel within 50 miles. It was pretty far out but was comfortable and clean.
Collegue and I ate at the Jumbalaya for dinner. The price was overpriced for the quality of the food. The variety was not that great and brownie dessert tasted like it had come from the freezer with freezer burn. The wine selection was house red or white which is not in line with paying $26.00 for an entree.

Location near my parents, free wifi
Hotel is old, outdated in some respects, and rooms are dark. Often we get there and they manage to get something ring about our reservation.

Lots of things to do and see. We also got free admission to the comedy show which was very funny and definitely made our night!
Our room never got cleaned during our stay even though our friends next door had their rooms cleaned. Wish the whirlpool was open as well!
